Erica Sanchez, ACSW

My name is Erica Sanchez – I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker, I completed my master’s at Azusa Pacific University, and I am bilingual in Spanish. I’ve previously worked with young children, adolescents and adults in various settings.

Life can be hard and overwhelming to navigate at times, but therapy shouldn’t! I value creating a safe and non- judgmental space for clients to express themselves, ask questions, develop self-awareness, and learn coping skills that will help them overcome whatever challenge they are facing. Whether that challenge is depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, increased stress, or want to improve in self-confidence.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Solution-Focused techniques, coping skills, and mindfulness practices to develop a better sense of self-awareness, improve self-esteem, and empowerment. I use each depending on what the client needs and goals are for therapy. Therapy is a big step, but you don’t have to go through this journey alone.
