Life can ask a lot of us. Maybe you’re grieving, going through a big change, or struggling in a relationship with someone you love. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I believe people heal through safe, supportive relationships, and my job is to be a steady, caring presence while we work on whatever brought you here. I see children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I adjust my approach to fit each person’s age and needs.
Depending on what you’re looking for, we might focus on:
- practical skills for handling stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions
- understanding what’s keeping you stuck and how to move forward
- rebuilding connection with your partner or family
- getting to know and make peace with different parts of yourself
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and affirming of who you are. I’ll go at your pace and listen to your story. When it’s helpful, I’ll also offer honest feedback and gentle nudges to keep you moving forward.
Whether you’re dealing with something recent or something you’ve carried for years, I’d love to help you feel more clear, connected, and hopeful.
