My name is Heidi and I have been practicing Social Work since May of 2018 since I graduated from San Diego State University with my Master’s Degree. Since graduation, I have hit the ground running! I have been active in the human services field, working with children, families, individuals and groups in a wide variety of settings. My focus is helping clients reach their goals by meeting my clients where they are at, with respect and compassion. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma and grief and loss. Together, we can work towards decreasing intrusive thoughts, worrying less and exploring underlying triggers that may be affecting your daily life.
