Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have a diverse professional background including community mental health, individual therapy, groups and private practice. I know the importance of creating emotional safety and a good therapeutic relationship. I specialize in working with children and families. Some of my specialty areas include mood disorders including Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as behavior and adjustment disorders.

My modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, Trauma focused treatment, play therapy and solution focused therapy.
